Do you believe in reincarnation and can the Neshama (soul) be destined for the same fate?

I'm Jewish and my religion teaches that reincarnation is possible in souls that have been taken violently from this world without the opportunity to do Mitsvahs (good deeds). I'm actually have a dilemma (see my most recent questions) and suddenly I now have a clear vision of what must be done. This afternoon I saw a picture of my great great grandmother for the first time and a letter that she sent to another family member just before being leaving for exile to Siberia in 1935. I previoulsy seen a picture of my great great grandfather when he was a young boy. Ok I was shocked about the resemblance to me and even her writing is similar to mine. Also my great great grandfather (I never noticed before) looks a lot like my husband who is soon deploying to Iraq after training. They knew each other for two days; an arranged marriage followed by love making. He left the next day for the German Front in WW1 never to return. She became an atheist and communist sent to Siberia by Stalin
