Decadron side effects?

I just went to the dr and was diagnosed with bronchitis. He gave me some cough medicine and antibiotics and also a shot of decadron. I had decadron about a year ago and knew it causes me to not sleep but i didn't remember that it makes me sweat until it started happening this time. Its not like a full on sweat but a really clammy feeling. At first I just thought it was my fever breaking but it hasn't stopped yet. Has anyone else had this side effect from decadron?
