Did I eat alright today?

that sounds great. the only thing u should watch out for are those string cheeses and the chips, but u seem to be regulating! eating nuts improves lifespan (proven fact, read the blue zones). u should try to incorporate a little protein in ur diet without using meat, and some eggs in moderation (don't do scrambled eggs, but things like eggs in certain recipes r good) i no u did cheeze but u should try drinking as much milk as possible (not chocolate milk) and yogurt, 2. u r really good- i could never do that when i started eating healthy! keep it up!
