Anyone know any food/snacks/recipes high in protien but low in calories and/or fat?

I've been trying to get a higher percentage of calories from protein as well. It's pretty tough. The best thing I've found so far is tuna fish. You can add a teaspoon of light mayo and eat it with a spoon or fork. This is a small meal that has decent protein while being low in fat and overall calories. It is also low in carbs.
