Has the Devil or any sort of evil entity ever been depicted as a fly?

There was a dream I had many years ago that I still remember to this day. I was standing in the woods at nighttime. The moon was in front of me and all of the trees were dead. Then I saw a shadowy figure. It looked a lot like the grim reaper. He started to jump from tree to tree right it front of me but he was buzzing the entire time. Ever since then I've been wondering if the devil or death has ever been portrayed as a fly in any religion. And if so, how can I know that in my dream if I didn't know it in real life?
