Help me :) (I'm thirteen)?

K so what should I do? I like these two girls. One of them is my ex and I'm getting over her but we are still REALLY awkward around eachother. The other is this girl Meade and I really like her but I have 3 problems. 1: I'm not too good in a relationship and I'm sure on what to do. 2: we are really comfortable around each other as friends but I don't want to ruin that in any way by throwing a "relationship" card in the mix. 3: her and my ex are really good friends and it could get real awkward real fast at times. sooo what I'm asking is what should I do?
