PHOTOSHOP HELP with uploading pictures.?

Okay well i made an image on photoshop which is animated.[flashing text w/ a heart] and i saved it as a .PSD file and it wont upload on tiny pic or photobucket. So i tryed to save it as a .JPEG and .GIF and .TIF and more & it uploaded on tiny pic and photoshop and it wasn't animated. Can someone PLEASE tell me what to do to upload it and have it animated??????????? Thank you!!!!
