Is this valuable and where can i find information about it?

i moved into a different house 3 years ago and there was an old abandoned book. Its cover says lodge records and it is dated from January 1, 1900 and on. The writing is like calligraphy and the book is falling apart. It says masonic hall on the top left hand corner on every page .The book is about a small town in southwest Arkansas. Where could i find info on this or see if it has any value?
