Canadian University Question?

Hi right now im in grade 11 in a canadian high school. I am doing very well in most of my subjects (89% average) but im not doing very well in french. Last term i got 77% and this term im getting 68%. Im trying very hard but the teacher isnt very good and doesnt like me. Will this poor mark hurt my chances for universities like ubc, uwo, or york?
