Will it grow under these lights?

ok so i have a jock nightmare plant, its got good genetics and is female. heres my problem. my setup is unreachable and i need to know if a 55 watt 120 volt regular bulb, or a helical 10 watt will work. once again i know that hi pressure sodium bulbs are the best. just please help this guru grow. _to each his own, peace my freinds_
