Is is possible for me to get into Stanford, JohnsHopkins, Cornell, U Penn, or the Ivys with a 1850 SAT score?

I have a 4.3 GPA, am taking 5 APs in a hard military academic prep boarding school. I have the highest leadership position in my military school and JROTC. I am also cl vice-president and ASB officer. I am involved with Boy Scouts, Beta, Key, and Lions Club and other service clubs. I am a team captain of varsity track, CC, and rifle team. I have won many military and academic honors. My highest SAT score is 1850 and ACT score is 28. Is it possible for me to get to Stanford, Johns Hopkins, U Penn, Cornell, Duke, Emory, or any of the Ivys?
