I am 18 and have been having chest, neck, jaw, back, & arm pain and feel tingly all over.?

My legs (especially my caIf) is really achy and my feet always feel cold and like pins and needles. My arms always feel heavy and often my left arm goes tingly and is achy and my hand does the pins and needles feeling. I can also feel my pulse beating thru my entire body here lately. I have weird feelings of pain in my belly like stitches on the inside. and I hurt in my wrists near my pulse and in both sides of my neck where my carotid pulses are, and seems to be wherever I feel a pulse, I have sharp pain. I also have lots of nerves jumping everywhere. What is wrong with me???
