Forum or downloads page viewable in psp?

I have a PSP fat with pro-b8 6.20 and the application called Filer. this means that i dont need to plug into a computer to unzip/install plugins and games and such. is there a good forum and/or download page for psp that is mobile adapted for the psp default browser? if not somebody should make one. any help would be appreciated.
